New download section at SketchUpArtists

We have reorganized our available download files into different categories. You can now download Google SketchUp,PDF,Photoshop and image files that are all related to our tutorials. Also, all our Google SketchUp Style files. Each file comes with a brief description, thumbnail image and how popular it is, so you know what you are downloading.

3D Artist Eric Lay Interview

Shaderlight Pro is released today...

The Pro version of Shaderlight for Google SketchUp has been released today, with all its extra lighting and resolution options ($199.00). This full release features Shaderlight's unique 'progressive' rendering system that enables users to see their image develop on screen as they continue to work inside Google SketchUp. You can trial the Pro version for 14 days or use the free version with less options.

Mateo on his way to Boulder for the Google SketchUp Basecamp 2010!

Mateo is on his way to Boulder Colorado for the Google SketchUp 3D Basecamp and hopefully he will be able to keep us updated on what is going on there. He is looking forward to meeting all the Google folk and those SketchUp users who have traveled from all around the world to be there. He will be representing SketchUpArtists their and hopefully gathering the news as it happens and learning new tricks from the experts. Drawing a Church Campus Using Google SketchUp by Jim Leggitt

The official Google SketchUp Blog just announced this...but you have to show them your best SketchUp work. Choices will be made then on the best submissions. Thats another 150 people with an opportunity to go. You have until Monday Jul 26th do get your submission in.

Google SketchUp 3D Basecamp 2010

Although we new about it a few days ago, we thought we should wait until Google officially announced it, but it seems it is public knowledge now. It will be held in Boulder Colorado and there are only a few places being offered (some 200 or so) so only a lucky few will be able to go. It seems to be invitation only so you'll have to keep your fingers crossed!
